PhotoPasseport is a tool that helps you frame, check and prepare a passport photo. It is a private service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of State or any other government agency.

We check your photo against the published requirements for the document you select. That covers the measurable rules — size, head height, eye line, centering, pose, exposure, background and sharpness — and those are the reasons most photos are rejected.

We cannot guarantee that your photo will be accepted. The accepting agency makes the final decision, and some of its criteria involve human judgement. Any service that promises guaranteed acceptance is promising something it does not control.

A Passport Photo Pack costs $5.99 and gives you 30 days of access to unlimited photos, unlimited retakes and unlimited downloads for everyone in your household, for the document you selected.

This deployment runs a demonstration checkout. No card details are collected and no payment is taken.

You keep every right to your photo. We claim no licence over it, and we do not use it for training, marketing or any purpose other than producing the files you asked for.

Use PhotoPasseport for your own photos and those of people who have asked you to take theirs — typically your family. Do not use it to produce photos intended to misrepresent someone's identity.

PhotoPasseport is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for rejected applications, travel disruption, missed appointments or any consequential loss arising from the use of the service.
